Rebecca Browning-Floyd is a specialist for Results Matter and Early Childhood for the Colorado Department of Education. She has worked in early childhood education for 16 years as a program administrator, Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) specialist and Regional Preschool Specialist. Prior to bringing her expertise to the state, she supported CPP implementation in community settings in Northern Colorado and supported programs in using data to inform instruction. In her current role, Rebecca provides technical assistance in improving outcomes for preschoolers with IEPs.
